I love to cook, but I don't hike or camp much. Is Feastform still for me? Absolutely. Our customers love using their Feastform™ tools no matter where they are, whether that's in the kitchen, the backyard, or on the trail.
Where are Feastform™ products made? Feastform™ products are made in the United States, with globally sourced materials.
Are they dishwasher safe? We recommend hand washing after use with soap, warm water, and a soft cloth or sponge. To help maintain its lustrous appearance over time, use non-abrasive cleaning materials. You can also apply a few drops of cooking oil to them, as often as desired.
Your site says my product is __ grams, but the one I received is slightly lighter / heavier. What gives? Feastform™ tools are cut from sheets of metal whose thickness can vary by a few thousandths of an inch. So a tool that comes from a slightly thinner or thicker sheet will weigh a few grams more or less than what is stated in the product specifications.
Can’t you just eat GORP? Sure, if after an all-day hike you’re content to nibble on raisins. Personally, we’d prefer a juicy burger with some bacon, smoked mayo, and melted cheddar on a soft brioche bun with a side of bourbon onions. Your choice.
Shipping & Returns
When will my order arrive? Once your order has processed (usually within 24 hours), a shipping confirmation will be sent to you with tracking details. Shipping times vary based on destination, carrier, and selected shipping method. Orders in the United States take approximately 2-3 business days.
What is your return policy? Any product may be returned for up to 90 days, as long as it is unused, and is still in the same condition as when it was received. To process a return and refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
My product arrived damaged. Can you send a replacement ASAP? Fortunately, this is not a question that we’re “frequently” asked! With that said, if your order does arrive damaged, please email us at email@example.com with your order number, and we will ship a replacement to you immediately. We will also provide a shipping label for you to return the damaged item to us at your earliest convenience.
Where is my order? Once we process your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email that contains a tracking number. Please note that some destinations take longer to ship to than others, and shipments can occasionally get held up due to weather, customs, or other unexpected factors.
My order seems to have been lost in transit. If you are concerned that your purchase was lost in transit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and we will check on its status for you and help ensure that your products (or a replacement) arrive as soon as possible.
